What temperature and how long should I cure Gloss Black USS-2603 and should I hot coat it?

Gloss Black USS-2603 should be cured at 400 Degrees F. for 10 minutes. Remember that the 10 minute timer should NOT start until the thickest part of the substrate reaches cure temperature. You can use an infrared gun like the one available on our website https://www.prismaticpowders.com/shop/powder-coating-equipment/SE-422/prismatic-infrared-thermometer to check status of the substrate temperature. We never recommend applying our powders hot or Hot-Flocking.
